All of us at Swiss Jewel Company are committed to helping you keep your operations up and running during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The health and safety of our team members, customers and business partners are at the center of all our decisions and response efforts.

By providing components that support OEM production, Swiss Jewel is an “essential business” for customers, including medical equipment and diagnostic manufacturers, aerospace technology, and research teams. We are diligently working with our suppliers and taking action to mitigate shortages in order to meet customer demand and minimize impact on our global customers. 

Towards that end our offices remain fully operational and compliant with guidelines set forth by the Pennsylvania State government regarding our operations. We’re leveraging all our resources to sustain our operations and supply chain. Our extensive stock supply is robust and continues to be replenished. 

There are specific materials that, as a result of a spike in pandemic-related supply and production facility closures in affected areas, have become difficult to acquire. In those cases we will do our best to meet deliveries as efficiently as the current climate allows. While some online orders may be delayed, we will be actively notifying customers and continuing to work towards shipping as soon as possible.

 We want to thank you for your support and understanding during a rapidly evolving situation as we make every effort to support our customers, team members and the communities we serve.
